Providing customized Computers at mass-produced prices...
|
|||||
Please note - At present we are only accepting special orders for systems: Customers may choose from one of several general configurations in three distinct system classes, and specify any extra features that they may need. Then they will be given an itemized invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will order the requisite parts, assemble them and deliver the system (free of charge in the Medford NY area!)

Our products do not come in "bundles" for "additional savings". We deal in very good hardware at a fair price. Many previous computer owners already have a printer and very likely, a perfectly good, working VGA display. For this reason our configurations do not include monitors or printers in them. However you can buy a printer from us, typically ranging from $40 (simple color inkjet) to $200 (b&w laser).
LCD displays have recently become significantly more affordable and are definitely recommended as an energy-efficient and eye-strain-easing alternative for moderate or heavy computer users (or family computers that will see a lot of use). They are also ideal for work areas with space concerns...
Speakers are another area of the computer often overlooked, but this is a choice that can be quite important. There are many great-sounding speakers out there, but they all have different characteristics and capabilities that should be carefully weighed, unless you are content with the most basic sound reproduction ($20 speakers). A typical quality speaker set will range from $50 to $100

What you will find in our systems
* Top quality components in fairly-priced systems.
* Customer-oriented hardware configurations emphasizing performance and affordability (this is the benefit of purchasing a custom-built computer system) * A solid warranty directly from the manufacturer on all parts, and labor coverage (see warranty section for details) * Our unique upgradeability summary, showing you how you can save money in the future with a Kung-Fu system by taking advantage of it's superior upgradeability. What you will NOT find in a Kung-Fu System:
* Generic parts selected primarily for their economy rather than their merits* Costly "protection plans", useless service packages, and extras that few people ever truly benefit from * Customer support provided by too uninformed or ill-trained persons. Everyone in our small team has had a minimum of 8 years' serious computer hardware experience. * "Intel Inside!" Hello world, not only is Intel not the only microprocessor company that makes cpu's for home PCs, but there's another company, AMD, that makes BETTER cpu's at a considerably lower cost! * Computers with 128 MB ram. These are not "value" systems because they would be so slow in running today's software, that they have little to no actual value. |
